The company was founded in 1928 by Llewelyn Phillips. At this time, the city of El Cerrito was growing rapidly and many homes were being built. Phillips Plumbing was able to serve the demand for residential plumbing work and has been in business ever since. Today, the company is run by Llewelyn’s son, Ralph and grandson, Brian.
